Purpose of the treatment

CS GROUP provides a website designed to provide information on the company’s activities and various related events. Contact forms are available for those who wish to obtain further information or are interested in commercial contacts regarding CS GROUP’s services and products. The information collected through those contact forms is recorded in a prospect file. This file allows :

  • Address requests made through this means
  • To carry out marketing actions around services or products similar to those for which they have requested information.

The use of those contact forms is in no way obligatory to consult the site. Filling in the contact form is therefore considered as consent to the data transmitted being used solely for the purposes described above. Under no circumstances will the data be passed on or sold to partners or recipients outside the CS GROUP.

Legal basis

The legal basis for this processing is CS GROUP’s legitimate interest in promoting its activities, products and services (see article 6.1.f of the European Data Protection Regulation).

Identity data: surname, first name, business e-mail address, business telephone number, company affiliation, position within this company.

Recipient of the data

  • Head of Communication
  • Sales representatives in charge of the products or services on which information is requested

Shelf life

The data collected in this context are kept for a maximum of 3 years after the last active contact (i.e. at the initiative of the person receiving the requested information).

Rights

You have the right to access the data in our possession concerning you, to request correction or deletion or to object to any further processing. To exercise these rights, you may contact the Data Protection Officer (DPD/DPO) :
